Bridal portraits are awesome. The main reason is that we get a ton of time to make beautiful pictures of the bride in her dress, something that we have to hurry through on the wedding day. Another often overlooked reason is that she get’s to try out her hair and makeup and see how it photographs before the wedding day. The cool thing is that it helps me, as the photographer, see what light and postures look best on her so that I can take that information and use it to make even better pictures when the big day finally rolls around. I don’t often blog bridals because you have to wait to post until after the wedding but I stumbled across these this morning and thought I’d share.
