On Wednesday, March 18th the Culinaire Team opened its doors to the hospitality industry for their first Social Progressive Open House of the George W. Bush Presidential Center. Guests were greeted in the bright and sunny Café 43 for registration and inspiration. After having a quick bite to eat and a drink, the lively group progressed to the Bush Center’s Library & Museum where they were introduced to the crown jewel of the property, “Freedom Hall”. Guests were able to dine on house-made items such as peach + poblano soup shooters and roasted red pepper hummus while perusing through the museum and having a picture taken in the Oval Office! Finally, the progression ended in a Grand Finale style in the Bush Institute’s Hall of State with lively libations, stations and amazing music. See all the images here.
